Our business is open, but due to some delays in delivery of products from our supplies, some orders may take a little longer than normal. We will inform you once the order has been posted at the local Post office.

By purchasing something from our online shop, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

We use Royal Mail for deliveries
1st Class delivery 3-5 working days
2nd Class delivery 4-6working days
Free delivery on order of £50 and above
All with a Certificate of Posting
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and the Royal Mail.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, full refund will be given except postage cost.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Prior to sending back, please contact us for information on how to deliver back. Please ensure correct postage is applied and proof of postage obtained.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that are deemed not to be sellable, damaged, altered or used.
Please allow 14 days for a refund, if approved.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Face masks due to hygiene
Jewellery that has been worn
Earrings that have the warrant tabs removed.
Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What are your working hours?
We work Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm so if you message us out of these times please be patient, we will contact you during the next working day.
If the processing times state 2-4 days, for example, please note these are business days. If you order after 6pm on a Friday, we will not start processing your order until the following Monday. The following Tuesday if a Monday is a Bank Holiday in the UK.

Love & care of handcrafted Jewellery & accessories
All our handmade pieces are unique and no two items are identical, this is part of the charm of handcrafted jewellery and accessories. Every care has been taken when making your purchase and are not meant to look like mass production items.
All our jewellery and accessories are handcrafted and finished by hand. Even if piece is similar in shape and size there will never be two pieces the same. The added colours will flow a different way and the blending will be a different shade each time. Due to handmade nature of all my work there may be some imperfections within the pieces. Please don’t see these as a quality control issues, I work hard to get as close to perfect as I can, but no matter how hard I try, still cannot get a perfectly round bead by hand, one example of an imperfections.
I take great care of the photograph, but please be aware due to everyone’s viewing devices may have a different calibration, some colours may differ ever so slightly from the images.
1968accessories findings are silver plated, Rose gold plated or copper. The cords are Faux suede, Ribbon, Silk or leather. The handcrafted items of jewellery are made from Resin, Clay and Copper.
1, Although the resin and clay are strong, be careful not to drop the delicate pieces. Take care not to put earrings loose into handbags or pockets.
2, Keep away from direct contact with perfumes, sun lotions and hairspray. We recommended you apply these 15 minutes before putting on your jewellery. Avoid cleaning products while wearing jewellery.
3, Keep away from heat and out of direct sunlight over an extended period of time, this could cause fading to resin.
4, Its recommended that you don’t sleep, shower, bath or swim while wearing your jewellery.
5, Keep away from small children, as the jewellery does have a number of small elements.
6, To help reduce tarnish keep in the jewellery box, or pouch.
To clean plated and copper jewellery, use a clean damp soft cloth, like micro-fibre cloth, dissolve a small amount of mild detergent in hot water and wipe the metal pieces. DO NOT use a caustic cleaner, as this will remove the plating.
Clean Faux suede, ribbon, silk and leather cord gently with a clean damp cloth. DO NOT submerge in water
Resin and Clay are both water resistant, not waterproof. DO NOT submerge in water. To clean dissolve a small amount of mild detergent in warm water and use a clean damp soft cloth, dry and polish with a soft clean cloth.
Our copper pieces have been coated with a protective wax; called Renaissance wax which is PH neutral. This will help with reducing tarnish. To keep copper jewellery in a good condition, follow cleaning as above. If item becomes dull, polish using a dry clean cloth.
How Eco-Friendly is 1968accessories
- We only use recycled/recyclable products for our gift boxes, earring cards, business/jewellery care cards, tissue paper, ribbon and Jiffy postal bags to ensure our products are sustainable.
- We reuse recyclable packaging where possible, if not used it is taken to a local recycle centre.
- We ensure any plastics that comes to us in our orders from suppliers that can't be recycled are given a second life.
-We support and buy only from local/UK businesses for our raw materials and printing.
-We use leftover resin & clay in future designs. Copper & silver are kept and used in future designs.
-We are currently researching ways that our studio can be powered with renewable or natural energy.
- We use support our local village post office by using Royal Mail as our delivery services.
