Returns and refund policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, full refund will be given except postage cost.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Send items back within: 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  2 days of purchase

 

Prior to sending back, please contact us for information on how to deliver back. Please ensure correct postage is applied and proof of postage obtained.

 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of returned items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that are deemed not to be sellable, damaged, altered or used.

 

Please allow 14 days for a refund, if approved.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Face masks due to hygiene

Jewellery that has been worn

Earrings that have the warrant tabs removed.

Custom or personalised orders

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
